I am
running Windows XP and have several user accounts and/or user logins on the
computer that my entire family shares. Will this software work for all
users?
Answer:
·
Yes,
this software will work for all users on the computer.
·
In
order to effectively monitor Windows XP users on a computer with multiple
user accounts, you must first check the "User Type" of the user account. In
Windows XP, there are two user types - "Administrator" and "Limited". The
users that are being monitored MUST be set to user type of "Administrator" -
otherwise the Windows XP registry will not allow this software to run
properly. This topic is covered fully in the installation guide.
